The Aerosud Quality system is based on the Aerospace standard as defined in ISO 9001:2000 and EN 9100/AS 9100, with supplementary requirements and process specifications as required by the major OEM’s and our program partners. Also view Approvals on the website index.

The Aerosud Quality system and standard Organisation Processes and Procedures (OPPS) are internally available to all employees through an intranet based system.

Quality initiatives include cell based metrics and standardised customer defect reporting for stable production programs.

Future planning includes real-time recording of rejection events (using scanning and ERP interfacing) and MRB activity that includes root cause analysis and actions. A consolidated Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) database system is under development that will combine problems and findings data from all origins and subject it to standardized problem solving methods.
