The Aerosud Quality system is based on the Aerospace standard as defined in ISO 9001:2000 and EN 9100/AS 9100, with supplementary requirements and process specifications as required by the major OEM’s and our program partners. Also view Approvals on the website index.

The Aerosud Quality system and standard Organisation Processes and Procedures (OPPS) are internally available to all employees through an intranet based system.

Quality initiatives include cell based metrics and standardised customer defect reporting for stable production programs.

Real-time recording of rejection events is done in SFDC (Shop Floor Data Collection), a custom developed application that interfaces with Aerosud's ERP. Data captured is used for detailed internal reject reporting and analysis. Actions resulting from MRB are also captured in SFDC to allow for follow-up and escalation as required.
