Aerosud produces C-Class Sheet metal parts for the Airbus A320 family wings. Aerosud completed the industrialisation phase in October 2005. Production of around 30 000 parts per month started in November 2005, for delivery directly to Spirit AeroSystems.

Aerosud is currently industrialising 1500 part numbers in support of the Eurofighter (Typhoon) program for BAE Systems.

Aerosud is manufacturing Slat Trackcans for the A320 family wings, for Spirit AeroSystems.

The industrialisation phase of these Class 1 components was completed in 2006, and full production started in January 2007. This product line introduced critical Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques to Aerosud capabilities.
