Vacuum form production is organised around four NC controlled Vacuum forming machines, ranging from 1.2 m x 1.2 m to 1.2 m x 2.4 m.

Machine capabilities include double platen forming, pressure forming and plug-assist forming techniques. A high degree of control and repeatability is achieved.

Quick tool change operation allows for efficient small batch production.

Materials that are regularly processed include:
Polycarbonates,
Polyphenylenesulphanes (PPS),
Polyethirimides (PEI), and
Polyetheretherketones (PEEK),
in thicknesses ranging from 1.2 mm to 3.2 mm.

The latest addition to this production line is also the production of Continuos Fibre Reinforced Thermoplastics (CFRTP).
